Description: This is a really wonderful specimen. A bright lemon yellow core is topped with a fine dusting of chalcopyrite crystals that are trapped underneath a blue rind on the exterior of the specimen. This in combination with the fine purple spotting present on the surface of the blue layer adds depth to the specimen. The surface of the specimen is lustrous with some digital growth patterning. There is one area of the specimen that shows a former growth likely baryte or strontianite that was later dissolved leaving only a finely bladed impression. Overall I would rate this as a quality specimen.
