Danzrockshop offers a 7 day inspection period on all minerals purchased online. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact me within 7 days from receiving your mineral to arrange a hassle free exchange or return in the form of store credit.

I do accept payment plans on specimens. If you would like to arrange a payment plan please contact me through the contact page of this website using the subject line “payment plan”.

Shop Policies

SHIPPING

  • Unless otherwise specified all packages are shipped within 2-4 business days from the date the order was placed. If I am at a mineral show or on vacation I will email you in a timely manner to let you know if there will be a delay.

  • Unless otherwise arranged all domestic packages are shipped with USPS.

  • I am happy to ship using other postal carriers or on a faster time frame if you contact me and request to pay for an alternative shipping arrangement.

  • Packages are not insured unless the buyer purchases shipping insurance.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • All minerals purchased online from danzrockshop have a 7 day inspection period from the date the package was delivered.

  • If you decide within this timeframe that you are unhappy for any reason please contact me for a hassle free exchange or return issued in the form of store credit.

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only when the returned item has been received by the seller in the same condition as when it was originally shipped.

  • If you contact me outside of this timeframe for a return or exchange it is at my personal discretion what course of action will be taken.

INSURANCE, LOSS, DAMAGES

Buyer has the right to ask to purchase insurance for the package in case of loss or damage during shipping.  If the buyer chooses to purchase shipping insurance and loss or damage occurs buyer must file the insurance claim themselves. The seller will assist in providing invoice duplicates and photographs if requested. The seller can not be held liable in any way regardless of the shipping insurance company's decision to reimburse the buyer. If buyer declines to purchase insurance and the package is lost or damaged the seller shall not be held responsible for any damages or loss. Any refund for damage or loss of an uninsured package, will be issued in the form of store credit  solely at the discretion of the seller.
