Description: Here is a unique sceptered specimen. What has happened to make one side etch and taper and one side of the beryl crystal remain intact is a bit of a fun mystery. This specimen comes from the Concordia mine in the Mimoso Do Sul pegmatite. This locality in the past produced distinctive tapered pencils of beryl that ranged from pale green to blue. An aesthetically pleasing and interesting specimen.
