Description: A very nice arrangement of sharp undamaged azurite rosettes on a malachite matrix. The color contrast and arrangement of the specimen is simply top notch for this locality. Great luster on the azurite, and a number of botryoidal malachite balls are present as well. This was collected by Mel Bersch in the 1970s likely before any commercial mining was taking place at this locality. As is often the case, the best specimens found here were those that were found early on. A fabulous specimen for the discerning collector. Ex. Mel Bersch
