Locality: Tsumeb Mine, Oshikoto Region, Namibia
Description: This fantastic single crystal of azurite is sharply terminated, with lustrous, striated faces and minor alteration to malachite. Vibrant blue coloration is visible when the translucent interior is strongly backlit. There is some dolomite present as well. In fantastic condition, I note only a single small ding near the base of the crystal that is hardly noticeable.
