$600.00

Size: 8.0x5.1x2.5 cm

Species: Baryte, Quartz

Description: A great and aesthetic example of the “Sugar Bowl Pocket” find at the Murray Mine. The barytes are well terminated and the quartz coating is uninterrupted along the display face. Contacted on the sides and back with some dings along the periphery. This material was nicknamed the “sugar bowl” due to the druzy quartz coating the blocky baryte crystals. This specimen is from the personal collection of Casey Jones who held the commercial specimen collecting contract for the Murray Mine when this find was made.
