Description: Sharp, gemmy scalenohedral calcites on a matrix covered in smaller calcite crystals from this famous Illinois locality. Great luster and a couple of the crystals display twinning. Minor bitumen coating on the base of the specimen as well. There are a couple minor cleaves visible that do not overly distract. Ex: H+H, Roy Smith, C. Williams
