Description: A great specimen of twinned cinnabar on matrix coated in crystalline quartz and dolomite. The cinnabar itself is sharply terminated, lustrous, and displays the “drill bit” twin habit. It is pristine and glows a deep red when backlit. There is minor contact to one spot of the quartz and dolomite which does not detract from the specimen. Ex. Mel Bersch, from Doug Parson in 1985
