$1,100.00

Size: 3.6x3.2x2.5 cm

Species: Cobaltite

Locality: Cobaltite, Hakansboda, Lindesberg, Orebro County, Sweden

Description: Description: The Hanksboda mine operated as early as the 1400’s sporadically through the the 1870’s, with the major mining period happening from 1700-1873. Additionally, there was a brief attempt at minor mining operations during WW1. These specimens are becoming almost impossible to find and this is a great example. The cobaltite crystal is quite a good size and is unrepaired on matrix! A great addition to any collection. (Ex. Anders Lyckberg)
