Description: A tri-color fluorite from Minerva with a yellow core, purple zone, and outer blue edge. There are some sharp color zonations visible and the textured surfaces are lustrous. Glittering calcites are present on the recrystallized backside. Small dots of hydrocarbon inclusions just below the surface glow under UV light. A colorful and unique Illinois fluorite in great condition. I note two cleaves on the right outer edge that are hardly distracting. There is some contact on the backside that is not visible from the display face.
