Description: A stunning large cube of galena with excellent luster has a grey/bluish fluoite sitting on top. It is very hard to find a combo coming anywhere near this size from this historic fluorspar mining district. These mines were shut in the 1990’s when cheaper overseas fluorite sources made mining in Illinois uneconomic.
