The quartz is draped with delicate bladed orange/tan siderite which is overlain with bright gold pyrite. The base of the specimen consists of large iridescent euhedral arsenopyrites that sit on a bed of mica. The overall affect is a beautiful contrast between opposites of color, luster, and geometric form. A very striking example from this world famous locality.
