Description: A lustrous and sharp Japan Law Twin smoky quartz from New Mexico. Gemmy and well-terminated, with only minor contacts near the base of the specimen, which does not detract. World class specimens were produced from this locality in 1979. For a time afterwards these specimens were very hard to find. More recently Phil Simmons was able to field collect some good specimens which quickly sold out. This specimen is from the recent production.
