Description: A wonderful light pink rhodochrosite on matrix from the famed American Tunnel Mine in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado. This piece is from the collection of Dennis Novak. Crystals are in excellent condition. The rhombohedral cluster is semi-lustrous and has some small speckles dotting the surface. Crystallization continues onto the backside some as well. Ex.
