Description: An absolutely stunning example of this classic South African epimorph of sphalerite and siderite after calcite. A single exposed area allows one to see the hollowed out interior and thin shell of mineralization that once coated calcite crystals. Flashy luster on the faces and sharp edges all around. In great condition, I note only the one spot of damage at the base which I find neat because it gives a window into the core of the specimen. Ex: Ken Roberts. Comes with customs cut acrylic base.
