Description: The Kelly Mine is a personal favorite locality for me. For American smithsonites specimens it is certainly in the top 3 localities in the USA if not singularly the best. This specimen has excellent botryoidal form and amazing top top end luster that appears glistening wet. It is lighter in color displaying a delicate blue rather than an intense shade. But the absolute lack of damage and extreme luster make this an outstanding example of smithsonite from the Kelly Mine.
