Description: The Grandon Pocket was discovered in 2004 at the Pederneira Mine. The crystals from this pocket share a strong visual similarity with the rocket pocket specimens. In fact this specimen was previously sold as a rocket pocket specimen! However the slightly darker zoning at the apex of the termination only occurred in the Grandon Pocket.
This specimen is in perfect condition outside of one professional repair. The interior is quite gemmy with fantastic shades of green, blue, and red. It s a mesmerizing specimen to hold and looks far better in real life than any photograph can portray. Comes with a custom acrylic base.
